Strategic «restart» of NATO and Ukraine

Abstract. In the article are contemplated objective reasons which induced development of the project of new NATO Strategic Conception, is exposed author’s point of view of the guidelines of North Atlantic Alliance transformation, is revealed as far as the renewed NATO Strategic Conception will be «attractive» for Ukraine.
