Abstract. In the article are analyzed some problems of political transitology in Ukraine and Russia in comparative prospect; are contemplated different discourses of Russian and Ukrainian nationalism in its radical version; is shown role acted by political and ethnic nationalism in Russian and Ukraine during political transformation process.
