Suggested ways of integration of the Ukrainian securities market into the world capital markets

Abstract. In the article, the essence and reasons of functioning of the securities market as a component of the financial system of national economy and the influence of the world market on the development of particular European countries are investigated; the features of the securities markets of the most developed European countries are compared; the current condition and stages of development of the Ukrainian market of securities, ways of its perfection and directions of integration into world’s and  primarily European capital markets, are suggested.
