Abstract. The article is devoted to questions of financial and economic crisis and its influence on the leading countries of the world, including EU, picked out features of displaying of crisis phenomenon in Ukraine; also attention on the complexity of the system of anticrisis measures on the criteria of construction of anticrisis actions conception that were developed and accepted by the Government of Germany, is accented; basic methodological approaches, logic and principles of forming of the German model of output, are consistently considered from an economic and social crisis; in relation to possibilities of the use in Ukraine the measures of anticrisis influence, that were approved in Germany, are done conclusions.
