System of economic security of emission activity of joint-stock companies
Abstract. The features of formation of economic security and the author proposed an approach to the creation of joint stock companies of the economic security of their emission. The main elements of such a system, namely: the concept of economic security of emission of joint-stock companies, regulatory support, threats, mechanism of implementation, evaluation methodology and level of economic security control emission of JSC.
