Regional economic development in the context of the economic reforms in Ukraine

Abstract. The article the causes of the economic crisis in Ukraine are thoroughly investigated and the ways to improve the situation through the state programs of economic reforms in regions are developed. The proposals of the regional committees on the economic reforming issues with respect to the specific measures appropriate to the particular area are analyzed. The ways to improve the quality of services provided to citizens are offered.
