The problematic aspects of the controlling implementation in Ukraine

Abstract. The article includes practical problems of implementation of controlling. There are the most common motivational reasons for using controlling. The mistakes of creation and functioning of the controlling system for the domestic enterprises are clearly expressed. The variants of controlling subordination are described.
