Abstract. It is investigational existent theories of modern enterprise, it is found out intercommunication between conception of enterprise and his economic by the behavior. It is well-proven that for construction of the real models of behavior of enterprises it is necessary to provide harmonious combination of «world of theories» and «world of enterprises» and effective co-operation between an economic theory economic policy and economic practice of enterprises.
