Quantitative analysis of personnel’s activity risks
Abstract. The main methods of risks assessment are shown. An own improved method of quantitative risk analysis of staff is proposed. An expert assessment of the risk of staff. The method of risk assessment of staff using Delphi method is given. Using the Delphi technique and taking into account a tendency of employees to risk the levels of staff risk in the surveyed companies are determined.
