Investments as the conceptual basis of the mechanism of diversification introduction on the enterprise of connection

Abstract. The article is devoted to strategic management, investments as conceptual basis of mechanism of introduction of diversification on the enterprise of connection. As a result of research conclusions are done that logically in the process of diversification comes forward the primary forming of mechanism of bringing in resources with the purpose of financing of the investment programs during diversification. Efficiency of this process is conditioned by the prospects of connection sector development and gives its advantages in relation to the other sectors of economics.
