Logistics as means of survival of building enterprise in current economic conditions

Abstract. The article examines the preconditions, advantages and limitations of use of the concept of logistics in construction enterprises in the Contemporary economic terms objective and subjective factors that impede the use of logistics management approaches of industrial and business activity construction organization.
