World experience of enterprises in professional training of personnel
Abstract. Recent experience of enterprises in professional training of personnel on example of world economies of such countries as USA, Japan and France is analyzed in the article on the base of their ratings under HDI and GCI. Particularities of professional training systems in mentioned countries, expenses of enterprises on personnel training and intrinsic tendencies of personnel development in conditions of world financial and economic crisis are disclosed.
