The international capital market as an integral element of the global finances

Abstract. Lately in economic literature the issue of international capital market’s operations is paid grater attention. There exist a number of research articles and publications that analyze separate instruments and mechanisms that are used for capital rising on international market.

At the same time, views and approaches of defining of international capital market, that were formulated at the beginning stage of its development need to be amended and extend, because along the way of its development, international capital market has faced certain changes and upgrades. The article analyses different approaches of defining of economic category of capital and international capital market; the place of international capital market in the global finance environment were also defined.
