Abstract. The article deals with the essence of the «Supply Chain Management» (SCM) concept, «Responsible Supply Chain Management» (RSCM), discloses the basic tools of RSCM, main stages of the RSCM and associated conditions for them in accordance with the concept of RSCM, defined RSCM place in the management of enterprise competitiveness.
