State lending for higher education: national and foreign experience
Abstract. This article explores the system of lending for education in different countries. We consider the system of higher education lending in Ukraine. Based on the analyzed material the conclusion was made on whether the development in Ukraine the state educational loans is an important element of the process of building a knowledge society, strengthening intellectual capacity of the nation and the socialization of youth.
