Quality of higher education and corruption in higher education: determinants of dynamics
Abstract. This paper presents determinants of quality of higher education and reasons for appearance of corruption in it. The role of corruption in declining of higher education quality is given. The ways for restriction of corruption and improving quality of higher education are given.
