Personnel policy: factors of improving the efficiency, mechanisms and tools of realization
Abstract. The article surveys the issue of personnel policy building at an enterprise and key factors of improvement its efficiency, examines the concept of personnel policy and system of indicators that affect its formation. The components of personnel policy and process of its formation are analyzed. The main direction in personnel management at the enterprise with the purpose to prepare highly qualified workers able to promote its development is defined.
