Synthesis of oil and gas mining company effective management model structure

Abstract. The issues of synthesis framework model system of oil and gas companies, which are characterized by openness, complex structure of internal relations, transitions between internal states, high dynamics, the presence of control parameters and random factors are presented. A systemic model of synergy in the development of oil and gas companies as a superposition of external perturbations and internal system factors controlling actions aimed at ensuring the coherence of existing forces is proposed.
