The strategy of vertical integration as a basis for the development of oil and gas TNC’s international production
Abstract. The article examines the efficiency of the strategy of vertical integration for the expansion of oil and gas TNC’s international production in present conditions of industry development. The article also analyzes advantages and disadvantages of vertical integration, highlighted the strategic objectives of this strategy and the conditions under which it expedient to use.
