Abstract. The formation of the building enterprise’s economic potential is examined, the influence of the external factors on the building enterprise’s economic potential scheme is constructed. The estimation of the enterprise’s economic potential and its subpotentials of the Ukrainian building enterprise is made, the influence of the external factors is analyzed.
