Positioning of Kharkiv as the new world city in Eastern Europe
Abstract. For the first time for the post-industrial conditions, the basic conditions and the economic base of long-term positioning of Kharkov in the spatial and sectoral dimensions is summarized. The recommendations for an integrated strategic development of applied science, higher education, industry, transport and logistics as priority areas for urban development are given.
