Problems of global modernization and imperatives of transitive countries new industrialization
Abstract. The article deals with the special requirements for the new role and effectiveness of state management of each country in the context of globalization and system of a forced globalism. Post-socialist states have not fulfilled their duties to protect people and secure development.
System strategic modernization, the new industrialization of the economy of Ukraine should be a conscious choice of the state and nation.
