Priority directions of government programs realization in the sphere of population life quality upgrading

Abstract. The results of analysis of priority directions of the government’s programs realization on upgrading life of population are presented in the article. Among priority directions of such kind are selected innovative-technical and scientific spheres; development of infrastructure of cities and rural areas, industrial and agricultural production, and also non-production sphere; investment attractiveness and investment process in national economy; development of agroindustrial production.
