Constructing of the future scenarios as a basis of financial planning in unsteady economic environment
Abstract. In this article the application of the scenario approach to the study of the future in the implementation of financial planning in the context of economic environment nonstationarity rising is considered. The author has also proposed and justified a method of future scenarios constructing as a basis for financial planning in railway transport.
