Modeling of organizational and economic development of small and medium enterprises in the context of regulatory policy of Ukraine

Abstract. Studies of domestic and foreign authors analyzed from the standpoint of financial regulation for small and medium businesses in the context of the regulatory policy of Ukraine. Economic and mathematical model for the development of small and medium business is constructed from the perspective of optimizing the single tax rate (by the example of Donetsk region). Recommendations to improve the tax legislation and regulatory policy in the context of the activities of small and medium businesses are offered.
