Development the algorithm of optimization and evaluation of production processes diversification efficiency

Abstract. Unsatisfactory diversification of production processes creates an internal strategic threat to increase the stabilization of the financial situation of enterprises of machine-building industry, demanding to solve problems related to the design, optimization and implementation of effective diversification engineering enterprises. In the article for the implementation of the objectives and the goal the following methods are used: structural and logical modeling – to develop the concept of evaluation and to provide effective diversification of the production process engineering company in crisis; economic and mathematical modeling – to develop evaluation and optimization algorithm for diversification the production process of engineering enterprise.

Author formed optimization algorithm selection to design decisions on engineering enterprises diversification by main performance criteria, based on finding the optimum decision complex process of diversification by excluding unnecessary elements and integral indicator of choice diversity policies aimed at improving the production of machine-building enterprises.

The approach to the selection of diversifying production processes of engineering enterprise allows determining the optimal directions, which is achieved through the introduction of minimizing uncertainty in projections successful implementation of diversification policy machinery companies related to the production processes taking place in the business in a crisis.
