Essence and instruments of staff’s income internal regulation

Abstract. The author determined the nature and objectives of internal regulation of revenue staff. Tools of mechanism of income regulation of an entity were outlined; its disadvantages and regulation on domestic enterprises were described. The importance of carrying out the internal regulation through treaties and agreements of local regulations was confirmed.
