Financial safety of Ukraine: problems and prospects

Abstract. Determination of major problems in provision of financial security of the state is based on the complex analysis and distinguishing of influencing factors on the level of national financial system protection. Complexity of building the financial system itself determines the necessity of revision of each its integral part for objective assessment of common security level. Determination of financial security level is performed by means of integral Index of financial security calculation which is a sum of integral indices of separate spheres of financial activity budget, debt, monetary base, foreign exchange, insurance, stock, banking, investment). The analysis of integral indices over time allows to set aside major problems in the state financial security provision o and to propose ultimate ways of their solution.
