Development of share market under globalization
Abstract. The paper deals with a study of the impact of financial globalization on operation of the share market. The author highlights trends in globalization of the world share market and analyzes key indicators of the globalization extent of the stock market and globalization index of the world’s largest economies. The findings trace out major trends of globalization in the international stock market and share market of Ukraine. It is revealed that quantitative and qualitative parameters of the Ukrainian economics are dictated by globalization of economic development of all aspects of modern business. The research emphasizes that for sustainable economic growth in Ukraine there is a lack of financial resources and therefore one way to attract foreign investments is to integrate Ukraine into the global stock market. It is important to establish an effective national market of shares taking into account trends in the global stock market in order to attract more investment into the country. Market of shares has a special place in the stock market. Stability of shares market functioning is one of the factors that determine the investment climate in the country, helping to attract and reallocate investment capital in promising sectors of the economics. Impact of globalization on the world’s stock markets is inevitable for each country including Ukraine in the process associated with the movement of the world’s cash flows, which are the basis of economic development.
