Transitive countries in the world-system of post-industrial globalism

Abstract. The article deals with the effectiveness problems of State Management of the transitive countries (Ukraine and others). Legalities and consequences of the Executive, Legislative and Juridical Branches of the State Power and Oligarchat joints, problems of State Corruption and Bureaucracy, Poverty and Injustice are discovered. Processes of deindustrialization and de-socialization of the Transitive countries are influenced very negatively on the Level of their Economies Competitiveness. Formation of Joint stock Companies, Corporatization of Property, creation of Powerful Finance-Industrial Corporations, neo-industrialization and neo-convergence became an imperative of the transitive countries Market Transformations. Realization of these complex problems is unrealistic without the realization of the Tasks of transitive social development and without the transition to the strategies «Eco-Socio-Eco».
