Forms and methods of small and medium business financing development

Abstract. The authors study the characteristics of bank lending to small and medium businesses. Trends, advantages and disadvantages of loan products for small and medium businesses standardizing were analyzed. The possibility of cluster approach in bank lending was considered for the purposes of energy efficiency of small and medium-sized businesses. Different forms of lending, based on integrated approach, were proposed for various activities of small and medium-sized businesses. The possibility of standardization and individualization combination in the form of loans was established that may increase the availability of loans for different groups of small and medium-sized businesses.
