The global corporate system research

Abstract. The Review deals with the original conception of Global Corporative System proposed by the monograph authors. The essence and meaning of the anthers contribution into development of the theory of global integration under epoch
of post industrial world-system of globalism is underlined. This world-system is described by authors as the forms of ultramodern economic imperialism and the form of global exploitation of world resources under regime of over-consumption for monopolized over-profits extraction.
