Factor analysis of the enterprise’s innovative culture

Abstract. Innovative culture and its certain level is one of the main preconditions for efficiency of an enterprise’s innovative activity. Adequate assessment of the innovative culture level can reasonably manage the processes of the innovative-enabling environment formation.

The purpose of the article is to identify, analyze and systematize the factors that determine the level of enterprise’s innovative culture; to study its components and subsystems; to develop the multi-factorial approach to evaluation the innovative culture’s level and to selection the rational variants of innovative solutions according to the results of the multi-factorial approach.

Results. The mechanisms of enterprise’s innovative culture forming are investigated. The factors that influence enterprise’s innovative culture level are identified and classified. An approach to the multi-factor assessment of the innovative culture level and its individual components is presented. A matrix to determine the innovative solutions’ radicalization degree, based on the ratio of the innovative culture levels in society and at the enterprise, is developed.

Conclusions. The obtained results allow creating the criteria and methodological base for diagnostics the level of the enterprise’s innovative culture. Further researches have to be directed on the identification and justification the critical values for the indicators that show the level of the enterprise’s innovative culture and also its subsystems and elements.
