Main directions of regional innovative eco-economy development

Abstract. Introduction. Market environment of the industry development and Russia’s entry to the World Trade Organization provided a different perspective on the regional economy and enhanced competition among local manufacturers. At the same time, such an important factor as the territory ecological development is not considered.

The purpose of the paper is to work out the innovative ecologically friendly way of economy and agricultural producing development at the national level and regional one on the example of Bashkortostan Republic.

Results. In the article, the authors introduce the relevance of the eco-economy (economy with the consideration of ecological factors), the forces affecting innovative development of the agro-industrial complex, the system of the ecological production certification and production technologies both in the world and in Russia. Analysis of organic farming shows wide possibilities of natural and industrial character in Russia. Though nowadays, despite big potential, there are no certified organic farms in Bashkortostan Republic, and only twenty registered in the country. The authors provide the measures to widen this practice at regional level. Also, the mathematic-economic model of the agricultural producing placement is created by the authors, which takes into account the soil productivity recovery in order to maximize income and minimize costs of production within the ecological sustainability formation. Conclusion. Combination of positive tendencies at the world food market and proper state support of the ecologically friendly innovative development of Russian regions, forms proper conditions for eco-economy development and strategic changes in the way of producing introduction.
