Mechanism of Innovative Cruise Tourism Products Managing

Abstract. Introduction. The current state of the tourism sector in Ukraine determines the changes in the structure of demand for cruise tourism product, which makes it necessary to find new innovative solutions at its formation. There is a need to develop effective mechanisms for management of innovative cruise tourism products. Purpose of the article is to substantiate the mechanism of innovative cruise tourism products management.

Results. Modern conditions dictate the need for new tourism products to the continued functioning under conditions of dynamic changes in demand. Integration with other types of cruise tourism, a variety of services and coverage of a significant number of consumers with different needs provides cruise companies orientation for the organization of innovative tourism product where they can achieve a competitive advantage to the fullest satisfaction of the needs of the respective market segment. Management of innovative tourism products leads to the dissemination of already known in the tourism and transport, but have not yet applied, the cruise shipping company innovations that structure the market and put forward new requirements for all its participants. Giving the structure of the cruise tourism product, the mechanism of innovative tourism products’ cruise shipping company management is the consistent implementation of the management functions as components of the management cycle to ensure organizational support for the product.

Conclusion. The essence of the mechanism of innovative tourism products management is to find new business partners and test new mechanisms of interaction with them, which leads to the construction of strategic cooperation chains with the maximum benefit for each participant. This is accompanied by the formation of price and other factors that make innovative cruise tourism product become more cost-effective than traditional products.
