Analysis of state and features of international E-commerce development

Abstract. Introduction. Distribution of the Internet, increasing number of its users has spurred the development of regional and global E-commerce. However, different levels of socio-economic development, quality of infrastructure facilities have had a significant impact on the implementation of mechanisms of E-commerce in the world economic relations. Studying of the general features and trends of international electronic trade will predict its further transformation and establish the basic determinants that affect its formation. Purpose of the article is to analyze the features and the development of international E-trade as an independent form of the current global economic relations. Results. The analysis of the state of E-trade makes it possible to set the following trends: 1) further active penetration of ICT and the Internet spread among the population of the globe; 2) increasing the role of the Internet and computer technology in the management of economic activities of enterprises; 3) dynamic increasing of E-trade, increasing its share in total trade; 4) the need to intensify the creation of legal functioning of E-trade for its effective implementation.

Conclusions. E-commerce as a tool of business covers all large expenses of the global market.
