Systematisation and analysis of МNCs’ models of conduct for entering the national agrarian markets

Abstract. The article deals with the main models of MNCs’ behaviour in the process of entering the national markets. The authors have analysed the main forms of participation of MNCs in the production processes in the agricultural sector and defined the major trends and perspectives of MNC s’ functioning in the Ukrainian agrarian market.
