Abstract. In the article modern changes of conditions and forms of advertising services trade in world and Ukraine which occur as a result of process of digital revolution and occurrence of interactive media-environment are reserched, the tendencies of development of global industry of advertising, today’s condition and prospects of development of advertising services trade in Ukraine are defined.
