Application of model approach for management of operations (on example of vine making enterprises of the Crimea)

Abstract. The mechanisms of application of model of EOQ, which enables to count optimal party of supplies of products and amount of orders on a year, are shown in the article, the process of production is analyzed on a vine making enterprise by means of diagram of Ishikawa, which allows to educe a basic productive problem and common blocks of information, which touch this problem, and also define factors influence of which decides at development and choice of strategy of conduct at the market of commodities and services.
