Technological modernization – a component of economic transformation
Abstract. The author proves priority importance of realization of technological modernization for future competitive of economic development of Russia, proves, that the technological modernization in spatial-temporary measurement should be considered as a component of process of economic transformation, shows a major role institutional reforms for formation highly technological structure both national economy as a whole, and its separate sectors.
