The positioning of Ukraine on the international tourism market

Abstract. In the article the role of tourism in the economical life of Ukraine is researched, level of national tourism sector integration into international market of tourism supply is discovered, a historical retrospective of development dynamics is shown, tourist flow structure as well as priority tendencies of tourism sector development are analyzed. The range of factors preventing realization of current and potential competitive advantagies, economic benefits achievement and total competitiveness of Ukraine is defined.
