An estimation of high school lecturer work as an element of quality providing system in higher education

Abstract. Analysis of domestic and foreign approach to an evaluation of efficiency of higher education faculty lecturers’ work is given in the article. Several methodical approaches are offered to estimate the effectiveness of higher school teacher activity.
