Development of regional production allocation mortgage market in modern conditions
Abstract. In the article the features of the functioning of the regional real estate mortgage for production purposes are considered within different organizational models. The author analyzed the practice of real estate for industrial purposes usage as collateral for mortgage loans and defined its features at the regional level. The prospects of a one-tier and two-tier models of regional investment on mortgage property market for production purposes are unveiled.
