The effectiveness of own tasks realization by polish territorial council with utilization of subordinate municipal capital company

Abstract. The problems contained in article reflect to 22 years of local self-governing experience in Poland regarding deconcentration of central government administration and still increasing financial centralization. The usage of subordinate municipal capital company of communal council in performing the local political marketing and electoral support gaining by the resolutions of privilege is examined.
