The motivational mechanism of personnel management forming of a heavy industry manufacturing enterprise

Abstract. The article delivers the results of the labor motivation at the heavy industrial manufacturing enterprise research. The basic components of forming the motivational mechanisms within the heavy industrial enterprise human resources management system are determined, which enabled developing the motivational mechanism model with regard to the driving forces of the variety of labor motivation mechanisms. The statement of the labor motivation mechanism possessing different causes of action is justified, which allows distinguishing its kinds by their driving forces and the functioning purposes, the latter being enhancement and engagement of the inner mechanisms of resistance against outer factors impacts, or increasing or reducing the personnel interaction, or the progressive development of the motivation system. The main challenges that are to be solved by the motivational mechanism within a human resources management system of a heavy industrial manufacturing enterprise are characterized.
