Ecological concept of Ukraine’s municipalities sustainable development

Abstract. The high dynamics of social needs dwells upon the threat of ecological disaster. One of the key areas of their solution becomes the formation of new scientific and methodological approaches to the assessment of human impact on economic activity anabolic potential areas.

The aim of article is to find ways of solving scientific problems concerning the national economy’s economic performance environmental component quantitative definition, to which the goals of sustainable development are assigned.

Imbalance identified in the strategic documents of the national development goals leads to imbalance at all levels of the national economy’s management structure. Definition of the development goals in the strategy papers continues to be held within mono-methodology background: based only on environmental regulation toolkit. However, modern qualitative strategy should be developed at interdisciplinary basis. The results obtained in current research are a proposal of environmental regulation and environmental adjustments methodologies combination in order to demonstrate their complementarity. The ways to determine their transmission mechanisms of impact on environmental management of socio-economic development of the national economy as a whole and individual subdivisions is given. Management of municipalities sustainable development is achievement of balance between environmental and economic objectives grounding at the system of common standards and certain causal relationships.
