The problems and prospects of Ukrainian carbon market forming

Abstract. In the article the issues of the day of forming of carbon market are examined in Ukraine in economical security context. Separate attention is spared position of Ukraine and other countries with a transitional economy in the negotiations about the extension of Kyoto Protocol.
