Synergetic mechanism of the state economic security system formation

Abstract. This article explores synergetic mechanism of formation the system of economic security of the state. The authors consider a national project of public-private partnership mechanism. This mechanism makes a positive synergetic effect on the level of economic security of the state. The purpose of the article is to study potential for increasing the level of economic security of the state due to the national project implementation. In the context of the economic national interests, public-private partnership should be considered as the formation process of effective cooperation among government, private sector and financial institutions. This cooperation proceeds within national project implementation and is focused on enhancing economic security of the state. Public-private partnership is based on the corporatization and cooperation. It allows allocating risks among participants and creates synergetic effect. The article presents a model of typical national project. Cooperation among project participants and possible outcomes are analyzed. The authors substantiate an effect of synergetic mechanism on the condition of economic security of the state.
