Economic essence of energy saving activities integral investment attractiveness

Abstract. Necessity of introduction of energy saving policy in Ukraine’s industry is indisputable. Need of the careful accounting of all factors of impact on investment process of energy saving and realization consequences is one of the main problems of energy saving policy realization in the industry. Article’s purpose is to consider and prove the concept of «energy saving action investment attractiveness integrated indicator», to give the factors influencing this indicator, and to offer the decision-making approach to its realization.

In article the essence of the concept of «energy saving action investment attractiveness integrated indicator» is considered, it is proved that this indicator reflects influence of various factors and investment consequences in energy saving. Methods of determination of these factor’s value are offered, information of various character is thus used: analytical, experimental, expert. There is a need for development and program realization of mathematical model for intellectual support of decision-making concerning industrial enterprises’ energy efficiency increase on the basis of the indistinct logics theory in further studies.
