Threats to economic safety of the securities dealers as a system of an estimation of its level

Abstract. In the article the definition of a «threat» to the economic security of economic entities is explored and its essential and functional characteristics are revealed. The classification of threats to build a mechanism of ensuring the economic safety of securities dealers is proposed and theoretically justified.
